Early Life and Education

Dillip Kumar Mahanta was born on 7 February 1993 in a remote tribal village located deep within the forests of Odisha, India. His village is situated nearly 15 kilometers inside dense forest terrain, with no human habitation beyond its borders.

He began his schooling in a government-run Odia medium school, walking approximately 5 kilometers daily just to attend classes.

From Class 6 onwards, he moved into hostel-based education, eventually completing his 10th grade with top honors and emerging as a school topper.

Dillip Mahanta pursued a diploma in engineering, setting the stage for his future in the industrial machinery sector.

Career Journey

Trainee to Production Head

Dillip Mahanta began as a Trainee in Production at Automatas Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. His exceptional work ethic earned him rapid promotions to Production Incharge in Jamshedpur and later Production Head in Pune.

Transition to Sales

Dillip Mahanta's communication skills and understanding of customer needs led him to sales. Over seven years as a Sales Manager, he traveled extensively, meeting aspiring entrepreneurs across India.

Identifying the Gap

During his sales career, Mahanta recognized a critical market gap: small-scale business owners couldn't afford new machines due to budget constraints, planting the seed for his future venture.
